If you are eating Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, or No Sugar No Grain (NSNG), then you know that it can be a challenge to satisfy bread cravings. For me not eating bread occasionally is the only really difficult part of those diets. But fortunately, there are a lot of Keto bread recipes out there. These recipes normally use almond flour, coconut flour, and/or egg to create a Keto bread that approximates the real thing. In some cases, I actually like the Keto version more. For example, the 90 Second Keto English Muffins featured first here are one of my all time favorite Keto bread recipes. One caution though: “bread” made with almond or coconut flour is often high in calories. So if you are concerned about calorie intake, keep that in mind! I like to limit my self to Keto versions of bread to once per week or so.
