The darker the better when it comes to chocolate. Research shows that Chocolate’s high antioxidant power can play an important role fighting clog formation in your arteries. Meanwhile, cherries are anti-inflammatory, and banana adds potassium. Yogurt adds a calcium boost. This is a tasty, yet very healthy shake!

A tasty chocolate, banana, and cherry drink
  • 1 oz. dark chocolate (at least 70% dark cocoa)
  • ¾ cup of cherries, pits removed
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 -4 ice cubes
  • Dark chocolate as garnish
  1. Blend well in a blender or Nutribullet
  2. Garnish with chocolate and a banana slice
